How we rank providers
The principle
Every score comes from published, checkable facts. Where a provider does not publish something, we record that rather than estimate it, and the provider loses points for it.

Points come only from the provider's own public pages: whether it publishes a medication price, a membership fee, a price at maintenance dose; how its all-in cost ranks against others offering the same treatment; whether it states that lab work is included and who compounds or dispenses; its contract and cancellation terms; and whether it publishes shipping and state coverage. A prepay commitment costs points.
Community votes are separate
Visitor votes are anonymous, one per session, and never seeded. No percentage is shown until an offer has at least 20 votes. Negative votes are never removed. Vote data never feeds the score and is never marked up as a star rating.
How we make money
Outbound links to providers may earn a commission. Commission does not affect scoring or placement, and no provider can pay for position. The publisher, Travis Johnson, has a paid consulting relationship with AgelessRx, disclosed in the footer of every page.
How current the data is
A scheduled job re-checks each provider's public pages daily. Where figures still match, the verification date is updated. Where something moved, it drafts a note for a person to confirm before anything is republished. No price is ever edited automatically.
